We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of a charming neighborhood. The hotel had a modern feel but still maintained the local atmosphere. The staff was very responsive and helpful, communicating with them was easy through WhatsApp.

I stayed at Cozy Lisbon Alfama for a few nights and it was perfect for my needs. The location is fantastic, right in the oldest district with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, just as described and shown in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The host was friendly, helpful, and communication was easy.

Loved the free WiFi, had a great time lounging in the seating area. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, I could actually breathe without melting into a puddle.

The microwave and dishwasher were so magical that I had to wrestle with them to figure out how they worked. Such a challenge!

Some guests on the ground floor have reported issues with noise from neighbors above, making it difficult to fall asleep at times.

The bed was comfy and the apartment was spacious. the location was also great, close to attractions, restaurants, and a mini supermarket. Good spot to explore the city from.

The shower was a disaster, flooding the bathroom and the adjacent areas. Moldy walls were not pleasant either.
